Terms for Job Seekers

To use Nokhba as a job seeker (candidate), you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal right to work or seek employment in the country where you are applying • Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and skills You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your profile, resume, and any documents you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant UAE authorities.

Profile Accuracy You warrant that all information in your profile and resume is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Fabricating qualifications, employment history, or credentials is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud under UAE law. Data Sharing with Employers By applying for a job through Nokhba, you authorise us to share your profile, resume, and application details with the relevant employer. You control which positions you apply for. Profile Visibility By default, your profile is not visible to employers unless you apply for a specific role or opt into talent search. You can manage your visibility settings at any time in your profile preferences. Profile Removal You may delete your profile at any time. Employer records of applications you submitted may be retained for up to 2 years per our data retention policy.

Resume Analysis Our AI provides resume scoring, keyword analysis, and improvement suggestions. These are guidance tools only — they do not guarantee employment outcomes. Mock Interviews AI-generated interview questions are based on job descriptions and industry data. Performance scores are for practice purposes only and are not shared with employers unless you explicitly choose to share them. Job Matching AI match scores indicate compatibility based on your profile and job requirements. A high match score does not guarantee an interview invitation. Credit Usage Some AI features require credits. Credit costs are displayed before use. See our Payment & Refunds Policy for credit terms.

Application Responsibility You are responsible for reviewing each job posting before applying. By clicking "Apply", you confirm that you meet the stated requirements and consent to your data being shared with the employer. One Application Per Role Submitting multiple applications to the same role using different profiles or accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Direct Communication Do not solicit direct contact with employers outside of the Nokhba platform in response to jobs listed on Nokhba. All initial communication should occur within the platform.

When booking a consultation with a career consultant through Nokhba: • Payment is processed in advance and held until the session is completed • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session are refunded in full • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session receive a 50% refund • You must attend scheduled sessions or give adequate notice; repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future sessions • Consultants on Nokhba are independent professionals; their advice does not constitute a guarantee of employment

As a candidate, you must not: • Apply for positions you do not intend to pursue • Contact employers to solicit roles outside the Nokhba platform • Share login credentials with other individuals or services • Use the platform to gather competitive intelligence about employers or other candidates • Submit applications on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent • Use automated tools to mass-apply to jobs

Free Tier Nokhba offers a free tier that includes basic job search, limited resume analysis, and profile creation. Free tier limits are shown in your account dashboard. Premium Credits Advanced features (detailed AI analysis, unlimited mock interviews, document generation) require credits. Free credits may be offered as part of promotions or onboarding.

These Candidate Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts as described in our General Terms of Service.
