Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Nokhba platform (nokhba.ai) and related mobile applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nicso Technology LLC-FZ, a company registered at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Nokhba", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Nokhba provides an AI-powered career and recruitment platform including: • Job search and application tools for candidates • AI resume analysis, builder, and improvement tools • Mock interview and interview preparation features • Career consultation and coaching marketplace • AI-powered candidate screening and ranking for employers • Talent pipeline management and analytics tools • Document generation services Services may be provided on a free tier, credit-based, or subscription basis. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years of age • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under UAE law • You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable UAE or international law • If registering on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to do so

Account Registration You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account Security You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.

You agree NOT to: • Upload false, misleading, or fabricated resume information or job postings • Impersonate any person, company, or entity • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission • Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or interact with the Services • Post discriminatory, harassing, offensive, or unlawful content • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform • Circumvent any technical measures, rate limits, or access controls • Use the Services for any purpose that violates UAE law or any applicable law • Solicit other users for services outside of the platform (consultants must book through Nokhba) • Share account access with third parties Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to UAE law enforcement authorities.

Platform IP Nokhba and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the software, AI models, design, branding, and content we create. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. Your Content You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant Nokhba a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence. AI-Generated Content Output generated by Nokhba's AI (e.g., resume suggestions, interview questions, analysis reports) is provided to you for personal or business use in connection with the Services. You may not resell or sublicence AI-generated output as a standalone product.

Pricing All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Subscriptions Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits Credits purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable (unless required by UAE Consumer Protection Law), and expire 12 months from purchase. Refunds Please see our Payment & Refunds Policy at nokhba.ai/payment-policy for full refund terms. Payment Processing Payments are processed by Stripe. Nokhba does not store your full card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Our AI features (resume analysis, job matching, interview assessment, candidate screening) are provided as tools to assist decision-making — not to replace human judgement. • AI scores and recommendations are probabilistic and may not be perfectly accurate for every situation • Employers must not make hiring decisions based solely on AI scores without human review • Candidates should treat AI suggestions as guidance, not guarantees of employability • We audit our AI systems for bias but cannot guarantee perfect fairness in all contexts Nokhba is not liable for employment decisions made by employers or candidates based on AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law: • Nokhba provides the Services "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability • Nokhba is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nokhba in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for the conduct, content, or actions of third parties (including employers and consultants) on our platform Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UAE law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (or, where both parties agree, the DIFC Courts). Nothing in this section prevents Nokhba from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.
