Who this applies to
Nicso Technology LLC-Fz, registered at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, is the Data Controller for personal data processed through the Nokhba platform. The UAE PDPL applies to our processing of candidate and HR user data as a UAE-registered entity.
Lawful bases we rely on
We process your data under PDPL-recognised lawful bases: your consent, performance of our contract with you (e.g. matching you to jobs or candidates), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform, and compliance with legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to [email protected] — we respond within the timeframes the PDPL requires.
Breach notification
We maintain an incident response plan aligned to PDPL breach notification requirements, including notifying the UAE Data Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of a serious breach, and notifying affected users where the law requires it.
