PCI DSS Secure Payments

When you buy credits on Nokhba, your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Nokhba's own servers never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date — only Stripe does, under its PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

By routing all card processing through a Level 1 certified processor and never storing raw card data ourselves, we keep our own PCI DSS scope minimal and your payment details protected to the industry's highest standard.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled per our Payment Policy. Because Stripe processes the transaction, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe's secure systems.
